The best way to shop on a budget is don’t buy anything unless you ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT and set a budget in your head. Like for me I never spend over $20.00 on anything. I’m cheap but it works!

I agree with Lexie on not buying anything unless you love it. I normally do the same thing. If I’m not 100% sold then I won’t be 100% sold in wearing it as often as I should.
