I don’t know why but I found this photograph in the hotel lobby amazing. It was just breathtaking.
This ladies and gentlemen is the lovely Chicago. The pictures don’t do the city justice.
We went to an amazing Italian restaurant by the hotel called Volare. I told them I collect jars and they didn’t want to give up the jar but they said they would charge us for it but it’s limited edition. Well it’s not limited edition but they gave me a jar MADE IN ITALY! How amazing is that??!!
How cool is it that United Airlines tweeted me? I was in shock! That’s always a lovely Welcome Back Home if you ask me.

It was my first time and they really call it the windy city for a reason! I didn't get to really explore because it was business and it was so cold. I suggest going in the summer time. I will go back one day to actually see the city but not in the winter!
Love that blouse! Chicago is great. If you're ever there when it's not freezing, the Lincoln Park Zoo is one of the best zoos I've been to and it's FREE.
