Sunflower DIY Mason Jars

My inspiration.  My mom’s favorite flower is the sunflower.  All of my items used to make these jars are from Michael’s and Cosco.

The espresso color is used for this jar.

Take the black, espresso, and metallic gold and mix it for the color below.

Paint circles for the inside of the sunflowers.

Use the dark yellow for one set of the petals.

Then use the bright  yellow for the other petals.

Use sand paper or an emery board to give the jar a distressed look.  You can also use your nail for the extremely fine parts of the jar.

This wire ribbon is from Cosco.

Make sure you use sealant for these jars as well!
There you have it.  Sunflower inspired mason jars!
