Grim’s Greenhouse OOTD

So thanks to my blogger bestie’s post today (Ask Away) she
reminded me that I never posted my OOTD from our visit to Grim’s Greenhouse,
read that post here.  Well, since we were
going to a farm with a corn maze and hay rides I already knew to make sure not
to wear anything super girly or anything that I didn’t want to get dirty.  I went with the typical cowgirl boots, jeans,
and an oversized sweater.  I added the
necklace just for a little hint of girly, but we all know the boots were the
best part of this WHOLE outfit.  I haven’t
worn these too much lately just because I haven’t really had much of an
opportunity.  They are more of a work
boot than anything else (snake proof and steel toe, or at least they feel like steel toe) but this was the PERFECT
occasion!  Also, if you read my 5 for
Friday post from last week (here) you would’ve already seen that Justin’s (the
brand of the boots) featured me on their Instagram!  I’m still in shock over that, I know it’s something
so minute but so awesome!!
