Ok, now I know for most of us here in the Northeast we just had snow sweep through and leave everything covered in that white cold stuff, BUT it’s technically still Fall. I wanted to show how to layer a few pieces from Modcloth. I decided to use a simple dress with a cardigan and a tshirt. I felt as though I wanted to easily layer this outfit. My problem is I get hot very easily so I can’t really wear long sleeves underneath long sleeves (unless I’m snowboarding or ice skating). Wearing this tshirt on top of this dress would be a perfect way to spice up a pretty normal outfit with just the cardigan and dress on it’s own. This cardigan was by far one of my favorites because of the print and the fact that it’s oversized. I decided to keep it casual with a cute pair of sunnies, booties, a hat, scarf, and a fringe bag. I usually like to go for more of the earth tones when it comes to the fall season, just like most of the fashion world. It’s that cozy feeling about these colors that it’s not cold yet but it’s not warm anymore either. I know that the prints are completely different but I feel like it breaks everything up from the norm, plus the scarf also switches it up a bit.
P.S. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!
