I don’t think I wrote a post last year about giving
thanks so this year I’m definitely going to. I wanted to make a list of
all the things that I feel are most important to give thanks for so here goes:

all the things that I feel are most important to give thanks for so here goes:
Parents-of course my number one supporters of this
blog. My mom reads my blog everyday and my dad is my photographer, so
they are truly the bomb dot com. They aren’t afraid to tell me when they
don’t like something and when they think I should change something.

Brother-I’m thankful I have a brother. No matter
how much we get on each other’s nerves I love him and will protect him forever
even if he is taller than me.
Sorry, but you’ll always be my baby brother!

Fur Children-I don’t think I have to go really in depth
on this one because if you’ve been following my blog for a while you know that
my dog aka fur childen Lilly Savannah and Kuba are my world.

Sister-not a blood sister, but my blogger bestie Ellen
from Ask Away. Her and I have gotten so close over the past year that I
treat her like family. I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor in the
blogging world because she’s a successful blogger that gave me the tips and
tricks to overcome my blogging rut a few months back.

Job-I’m thankful for my full time job that I have when
I’m not here on the blog. If it wasn’t for that job I have no idea how I
would pay for my student loans, car, dog, and rent (even if it’s a small amount
because I live at home). Also, I have my MBA and this is my first big girl
job since getting that degree. At one point I was working in retail with
my MBA struggling to pay at least my student loans. There’s nothing wrong
with working retail, but when you have the degree and the massive bill to go
with it you kind of need that cash money. Plus, as stressed as I get
sometimes I must say my job is way better than some people’s out there and I am
NOT complaining.

Dan-I am thankful for my friend Dan. I am
thankful that I was lucky enough to know him and hang out with him. I am thankful
that I was able to change my life thanks to him. I know that some people
tell me that he gave me a nudge and I did all the rest, but honestly, if it
wasn’t for him I would’ve never changed my outlook on life. The outlook
I’ve had for the past almost 2 years has been a positive one where everything
happens for a reason, whereas prior to that I was always miserable and angry
and just a negative nancy. I’m very proud of the person I’ve become and
he’s been there by my side this whole time even if it is just in spirit.

Life-I am thankful that I have the life I live.
I have a roof over my head, shoes on my feet, clothes on my body, and food on
the table. There are people out there who don’t even have that.

Health-Yes, even with all of my health issues I am
very thankful for my health. The way I look at it is at least I don’t
have a terminal illness. I may have health issues that prevent me from
doing things, but I am not terminally ill.

Friends-I’m thankful for my friends both new and
old. Most of my friends nowadays I’ve
met through my blog and I’m so thankful that I have had the pleasure of meeting
all of these incredible women. They are
so positive and uplifting, that is what we all need a little more in our lives.

Readers-Last but DEFINITELY not least I’m thankful for all
of my readers and followers of this blog.
Your amazing comments, likes, shares, retweets, etc. are what keep this
blog going. Your good vibes are what
make me enjoy this blogging thing that much more.
