Valentine’s Day Outfit Idea

Poncho:  Ralph Lauren (Ewa Bazaar) // Hat:  Ralph Lauren (gifted) // Leggings:  Marshalls // Boots:  Nine West (super old)
I know, I know, I’ve worn this poncho a few times.  I can’t help it though!  It’s such a great universal piece because you
can wear it for the holiday season, Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, and just
winter in general.  It’s such a great
color red and it can go with a lot.  This
time around I paired it with my faux leather leggings, Ralph Lauren hat, and my
lace up boots.  Now, let me tell you
about these boots!  I’ve had them
forever, I really think I’ve had them for at least 4 years.  They are Nine West and I highly recommend
Nine West just judging by these boots. 
The quality has to be amazing for them to have lasted this long!  Of course they need to be cleaned up a bit
and I will probably have to repair the soles since they are so worn out but I
can’t get rid of them.  They are by far
my favorite boots.  They remind me of
both Pipi Longstocking and Mary Poppins. 
Maybe that’s why I can’t get rid of them, because they remind me of my
childhood haha.
This outfit is a little more dressed up than yesterday’s
outfit which is also part of my Valentine’s Day Special this week on le
blog.  I really have fallen in love with
this hat and I know I keep talking about it but I can’t help it!  It really goes with almost everything I wear,
I think it just goes with my current style. 
Ponchos are also a way of life for me lately.  I can’t get enough of them.

    What a perfect Valentine outfit for those of us who live in cold climates. It's going to be bitter cold on Valentines Day where I live and I just got done telling my husband 'Well there goes that sexy red dress I was planning on wearing!' LOL!
