Green on my mind

Sweater:  Ralph Lauren (Ewa Bazaar) // Tank Top:  Ralph Lauren (similar Ewa Bazaar) // Pants:  Ralph Lauren (Ewa Bazaar) // Boots:  Dolce Vita (Lord and Taylor) // Necklace:  Macy’s

For today’s look I wanted to showcase an outfit that you
could wear to the office on St Patrick’s Day.
My office actually allows me to wear all of my boots (score!) so if your
office doesn’t you can always switch out the shoes.  I decided to go with a simple sweater, tank
top, pants, and a statement piece.  This
necklace is one of my favorites.  I
always love picking outfits that are somewhat simple and dressing them up with
a statement necklace, bracelet, or earrings.
It adds just the right amount of “oomph” to the outfit.  Any normal outfit can go from day to night
with the right accessories and shoes.  I
feel as though this outfit would also be perfect to change from day to night (happy
hour for example) with just a change of shoes and a cute clutch.  Or if you feel as though it’s too casual,
wear more formal pants with a belt or something.

Only one more day until the weekend everyone!  I cannot wait to just sit back and relax.

You look so fabulous in green, Monica, especially with the golden blonde hair. I love the cardigan and necklace, both are so pretty. =)

Gah, yes! One more day! <3 Fortunately I work for a fashion related company and we're allowed to get creative with our outfits. The temps in LA helps our case too as we're allowed to wear flipflops to work 🙂

Kelly Green for the win – it's about the only thing I like about St. Patty's because green beer ain't my thing!

I always forget to wear green on St. Patty's (much to my friends' delight) so hopefully I'll be on top of it this year. Also, are you wearing lipstick in this pic? I really love the shade. (and if that's your nature lip color, well you are winning the genetic lottery).
