Happy St. Patrick’s Day

Poncho:  Ralph Lauren (Ewa Bazaar) // Boots:  Dolce Vita (Lord and Taylor)
Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!  I hope it’s treating you swelltabulously so
far.  I’m not Irish but I will definitely
be sportin’ some green today.  Some
people think that the stereotypical thing to do is drink and eat lots of Irish
food.  However, do you really know what
St. Patrick’s Day is about?  Of course it’s
the day that celebrates the date of death of the Patron Saint Patrick of
Ireland.  In the early 17th
century is when St. Patrick’s Day was made an official holiday so to
speak.  I’m actually a bigger fan of St.
Patrick’s Day than I am of Valentine’s Day.
Just watching all of the parades and seeing how happy everyone is during
St. Patrick’s Day is just amazing.  There
are a lot of people who don’t like Valentine’s Day and a lot of people who do
feel singled out so why not celebrate a Saint and have fun!
Today’s post is slightly short but I just wanted to leave
you with a list of all of the St. Patrick’s Day themed posts over the past
week.  I hope you enjoyed them as much as
I did making them!  Also, don’t forget to come back tomorrow for my link up!

I'm loving all of your St. Paddy's Day posts! I dress up for every holiday, it must be the little kid in me. lol! I'm only a teeny bit Irish but I like to celebrate because it was my Pop Pop's birthday, so we celebrate by having a drink for him. We do that at home though, the St. Patrick Day crowds are a bit much for me. lol
