That 60’s Vibe and a Link Up!

Top:  Ralph Lauren (Ewa Bazaar) // Pants:  Ralph Lauren (gifted, thanks mommy) // Shoes:  Betsey Johnson (Marshalls, old) // Bangles:  Lilly In Pink // Necklace:  Prima Dona // Clutch:  Ralph Lauren // Sunglasses:  Gucci
For those of you who don’t know I have a little
brother.  Well, he’s actually not that
little to the normal person but he’s 6 years younger so he’s still baby brother
to me and forever will be, even if he is taller.  My baby brother is graduating!  He is finishing four years of college at
Boston University.  I could not be any
more proud of him.  He worked so hard to
get to where he is and I’m so happy that he is graduating.  He’s the genius of the family and got lucky
enough to not have to ever study because he retains information very easily,
plus he does a lot of research in his free time.  Yes, I’m bragging.  I’m sorry but I’m just really proud of my
brother.
Anyway, with all of that being said this is what I’m going
to be wearing to graduation, most likely.
Unless I change my mind last second but so far I’m really set on this
outfit.  It’s light, breezy, and still
dressy enough for a graduation.
According to my brother the BU graduation is HUGE and usually has good
guest speakers, so I have to look the part of a graduate’s sister and get
dressed up.  I love these pants the most
because they flare out.  Unfortuantely
the wind hated me the day I took these pictures so it looks like my pants are
kind of all over the place, but they are flares.  The polka dots are the perfect touch, and of
course since it’s warmer out I have to pair them with some brights.  I went with this Ralph Lauren top because it’s
light and covers my mid section (that I’m not entirely proud of right now) and
I feel like these two pieces just go so well together.  This clutch is perfect too, I know I’ve been
showing it a lot lately but it’s seriously perfect.  It’s not too small and it’s just the right
size.
Do y’all have any graduations to attend whether it be your
own or a sibling’s?
