Dress: Old // Bangles: Lilly In Pink // Boots: Cavenders // Flower Crown: Made by Yours Truly
Everyone knows just how much I love my cowgirl boots. I love wearing them with pants and I love
wearing them with dresses, as long as the occasion doesn’t call for heels. These pair of boots are my favorite. Of course I love my other one’s and my
Luchesse’s are runner up but these pair pictured here are my first pair. They are one of my souvenirs from Texas. These boots of mine fit my foot perfectly and
are broken in to fit like a glove. They’ve
been through snow, rain, wind, mud, and summer months.

Pretty much they’ve been through a lot since the day I got
them over three years ago. Who would’ve thought that I would be collaborating with the store that these came from through my blog. No, these were not sent to me as a review, but I did think it was pretty neat that my first pair of boots got me the other three that are sitting in my closet and the pair that I got for my mom and dad.

I love a good pair of heels too though. I have this one pair of blue suede Betsey
Johnson shoes that I’ve had for about the same amount of time as these
boots. They’ve gotten quite the wear and
tear out of them too but they are definitely worn in and you can tell that they
are my favorite pair of heels.

It’s weird how I can like cowgirl boots and heels and feel
confident in both no matter how girly or tomboy’ish either of them are. Just like Marilyn Monroe said “Give a girl
the right pair of shoes and she can conquer the world.”
