Ok, so obviously that one picture is from last year because
I’m a lot thinner and my hair is different (but I feel like I’ve gone through
quite a number of hair styles this year haha) but I wanted to talk about an
issue that many women have but few are able to talk about it. A lot of my friends as of recent have even
talked to me about leakage problems.
Their reasons are because they recently had babies (they’re adorable little ones) and now they have
little issues whenever they sneeze, cough, laugh, and run. You shouldn’t have to feel like you have to
limit yourself just because of an issue like this. On top of that you shouldn’t have to feel
like you’re going to have to wear a diaper or pads for the rest of your life at
the cost of having leaks and not feeling dry.
Now, if you’re a guy and reading this I would send this link to the
women in your life (mom, sister, significant other, etc) because NO BOYS
ALLOWED. Ok, you’re allowed, but you won’t
find this interesting haha!

Do you remember how a few weeks ago I wrote about Poise Pads
that help with leakage issues? I was
quite proud of my project because I ended up using it since then. Well, today I want to introduce an
alternative product if you don’t feel comfortable wearing the pads; Impressa Bladder Support. Oh, and just as a bonus
before I go into further detail you get a coupon as well! It’s almost like a tampon, same concept but
instead of for periods, it’s for leaks. 9
out of 10 women said that their bladder leakage was reduced or stopped just by
using this product. Now if you leak when
you laugh, cough, dance, sneeze, or exercise this product is ok for you to try,
however if you have a sudden need or rush to use the ladies room to urinate this
is not a product for you. These bladder
supports are designed for the temporary management of Stress Urinary
Incontinence (SUI) in women. What is
SUI? It is the unintentional loss of
urine. Stress incontinence happens when
physical movement or activity such as coughing, sneezing, running, or heavy
lifting, puts pressure on your bladder.
Thanks Google! These supports are
inserted into the vagina like a tampon to gently lift and support the
urethra. This helps to prevent urine
from leaking due to the added support to the urethra. This
is the first over the counter internal product in the US that was cleared by
the FDA for the temporary management of SUI.

Ok, so what is this sizing kit? Don’t forget you can snatch up a coupon for
this here. It comes with three different
size bladder supports. There are
directions on the box but pretty much all you do is test out each size. You get two of each size, they are color
coded and numbered 1, 2, and 3. It also
states that this gives up to 8 hours of temporary help, so test the sizes out
and see which one fits. Then you can go
out and buy the correct size. Also
remember, that just like tampons you have to be aware of TSS which is Toxic
Shock Syndrome. Like I said earlier,
this is used just like a tampon, only it is to help support your bladder
instead of well, you know, helping your monthly visitor out.

Don’t be embarrassed and go on and grab your coupon
today. Oh, and I won’t see who checks
out the coupon so that’s even better if you want to be anonymous about it. Also, if you’d like to read more information regarding the Impressa Bladder Support sizing kit just click here!
