Casual Christmas look while borrowing my brother’s clothes

For today’s post I want to show a really simple Christmas
look.  This is really casual and
comfortable and the type of outfit you would wear if you’re catching up with
family around the fireplace.  This is
also a great way to utilize your brother’s closet!  I know I’ve done a lot of posts where I shop
in my dad’s closet but this time I stepped into my brother’s.  This used to be his flannel but since he
moved he left a few things behind.  This
particular flannel is perfect for the colder nights and if you’re just looking
to be comfortable.  I wore it with white
pants (remember how I said I’m staying away from black haha, now I keep wearing
these pants) and my red boots.  Topped
off with a red lip.

There’s a lot of red here and I think it’s perfect for
Christmas.  I love love love all of my
boots from Cavender’s and this is just one of the many.  I’m starting to run out of room after my last
purchase of Luchesse’s.  Even my parents
have their own pairs.  I love my mom’s
boots, they’re studded and she rarely ever wears them so that they don’t get
ruined.

Anyway, back to my outfit. 
This is an easy way to take a masculine item and make it somewhat
girly.  I honestly think the red lip and
my hair makes it more girly.  Although, a
red lip makes any outfit pop out.  Stay
