Anjolee and a LINKUP

Dress:  Old (Target) // Hat:  Ralph Lauren // Shoes:  Stuart Weitzman

If you read yesterday’s post (here) you already know that
since moving I’ve been feeling so much better.
My confidence levels are a lot better.
It’s funny how all it took was for me to move out.  I think the reason why was because I was
seeing all of these people that were my age or younger moving out and buying
houses or getting married and being adults, then there was me still living at
home and I was feeling really down on myself.
I mean even my 22 year old brother is out on his own in California.  I’m not saying that there is anything bad
about still living with your parents because to be honest it’s smart because
you can save up money to buy a house on your own or save up money for some big
investment.  It’s just for me, I was
ready to leave the nest, again.
So for today’s post I wanted to introduce some more adult
things!  This is actually my garage
(sorry for the lack of a nice background I just wanted a picture with my doggy)
and I’ll give y’all an apartment tour once it’s all furnished.  Right now only the kitchen is finished.  If you follow me on Instagram you already saw
that picture.  Anywho, adult things.  What I mean by this is anyone out there
(especially guys) looking to get engaged or looking for the perfect ring/band
set?  I have just the perfect little surprise
for you today!  I was contacted by
Anjolee to write a review on one of their bridal set.  It’s pictured above as well.  I was asked to pick the style and what stone
I wanted in the ring.  Since I’m not
actually engaged I wanted to be creative and I got my mom’s birth stone;
Garnet.  What I decided was that we are
going to turn this into a best friend ring and each of us gets one to
wear.  The rings themselves are
absolutely gorgeous and the packaging is amazing!  The box comes with a little LED bulb that
lights up when you open it to put some extra dramatic effect/spotlight on the
rings.
There are many different designs and cuts on the Anjolee site but this was my favorite.  It has
the perfect amount of sparkle!  The band
also comes as a regular band with no dip or anything to fit the ring, so if you
wanted to wear just the band, you could without it looking funny.  The name of the ring set I received was this Bridal Set.
You get to customize this set.
You have a choice of White/Yellow Gold in 10k, 14k, and 18k, or you can
chose platinum.  Then you have the choice
of total carat weight and diamond quality.
There are so many other custom options!
So ladies and gents if you are on the hunt for the perfect ring/ring set
check out Anjolee’s website.

Now moving on to the linkup!
I just wanted to make sure everyone saw my announcement last week about
the Pinterest Linkup Board.  With the
move and everything I’ve been slacking with the linkup and keeping up with the
Pinterest Board.  What I’ve decided to do
is I will only pin the top 3 most clicked bloggers to the Pinterest Board and
if you would like you can request an invite to be a collaborator on the
board.  Or you can just send me an email
if it’s easier that way and we will set it up.

This week I have a Co-host with me!

Hello! My name is Nina and I’m a late 20’s young professional living in Cincinnati, Ohio. I spend my days working with Spanish-speaking immigrants at Su Casa Hispanic Center. I’m more or less fluent in Spanish and love any chance I can get to practice speaking it. I started my blog in the fall after one of my friends (I cannot for the life of me remember who) suggested I blog about all my dresses. I own over 60 and can be found wearing one about 90% of the time. My blog not only features me but other women in dresses. I like to use fashion to tell larger stories.

So good for you for moving. I love this casual yet dressy outfit you created here. I love leopard. Your Garnet Anjolee ring set is beautiful. I have a Garnet Anjolee tennis bracelet which would look great with your pretty new ring.

I definitely know the feeling of living at home. I moved back in after some family things happened. It's good though and won't be forever. Your dog is also adorable!
