Guest Post: Bright on a Budget

Hey Everyone!  I’m on vacation and I have some guest posts lined up.  I love Tif’s style so here is her guest post!

Hi, I’m Tif and I blog about affordable fashion and beauty at Bright on a Budget.  I’m a dedicated bargain hunter, attorney, and mom,  and you can get to know me a little better here.  I also co-host the High Five for Friday weekly linkup. I’d love for you to follow along on Instagram, Bloglovin’, or Pinterest!
Tee: Target // Pants: Target (similar, similar) // Sunglasses: Target // Necklace: Walmart (similar) // Bracelet: Purple Peridot (similar) // Sandals: Shoe Show // Purse: Louis Vuitton thrifted from Clothes Mentor //
Earrings: Kendra Scott via Rocksbox–use code BRIGHTONABUDGET to get your 1st month FREE!

OK, I resisted the camo trend as long as I could, but I finally jumped on the bandwagon! Camo is such a great print to add to your closet for this fall. I really like it because it acts as a neutral of sorts, but instantly gives your outfit a fun vibe. I picked this one up at Target when it was on sale for just $5. To get the oversized fit that is really in right now, size up one to two sizes.

Since it’s not quite fall yet, I paired my camo tee with white skinny jeans and black sandals for a summer vibe.  The taupe color necklace is a great accessory because the color pops against the camo and helps balance the white of the jeans. My earrings are abalone shell from Kendra Scott, which have become an accessory staple!  I scored them in a recent Rocksbox (read more about Rocksbox here), and I had to purchase them. I probably wear them three days out of the week.
It always fun to mix high and low pieces.  While most of my outfit is from Target, I’m also carrying my Louis Vuitton Speedy 25. This is my all-time favorite thrift purchase, as it was nine months old and came with all the hardware and papers for less than half of retail!  It’s fun to pair with just tees and jeans as it instantly ups any outfit.

I can’t wait to wear my camo tee when it gets colder, too. To transition this camo tee to fall, you can pair it with an olive green jacket and leopard flats, or a black cardigan and black booties.

Tif, I can't even tell you how much I am loving this look! This is the second time I saw this camo tee from Target styled and I literally had the tee in my hand last week and didn't get it! I need to go pick this up because I so love it! And I never thought to put camo with white, but it is a very striking combination! And those necklaces! Oh, those necklaces! I need to have them!
