Holiday Vest and a LINKUP

So I bought this vest a while ago on one of my shopping
sprees at Banana Republic.  I fell in love
with it instantly because it was red, but I wasn’t sure how it would fit or if
I would even look good with a long vest. 
I loved that trend but for whatever reason was afraid to try it on
myself.  Well, I worked up the guts to do
it and this is the outfit I came up with. 
I think it’s perfect for Christmas if you are meeting with family and it’s
not too formal but you still want to be dressed up and casual without wearing
jeans.  I also would wear this outfit to
the office because it is office appropriate. 
To be completely honest though, this is definitely super
grown up for me, I’d probably end up wearing this vest with jeans or some
leggings (outside of the office) just because that’s the type of person I am,
oh and boots.  I love boots.  That’s probably the only thing I like about
colder weather is wearing all of my boots. 
I love the color of this vest, it’s one of my favorite reds.  Once it’s a little warmer, this vest will be
perfect with a dress, romper, shorts and a tshirt, and so many more
outfits.
