Meaningful Moments with Excedrin®

A long time ago I was getting severe headaches.  At the time I didn’t know that these severe headaches were actually migraines.  I went to my doctor and of course they wrote me a script.  Needless to say the prescription medication made me extremely groggy and I was not able to drive while taking this because of how it made me feel.  I only took it once at home knowing I wasn’t going anywhere just to see how I would feel.  I decided that prescription medication was not for me.
I took over the counter medications and then I finally came across Excedrin® Migraine.  These pills were exactly what I was looking for.  They help my migraines subside and I don’t have to lay down and sleep it off.   If I’m looking for something to help just a regular headache of mine I usually use Excedrin® Extra Strength.
Ok, so what’s so bad about sleeping it off you may ask?

Have you ever had a meeting at work that you couldn’t miss?  Did you ever travel 15+ hours and had the worst migraine but didn’t want to be miserable in pain while seeing family?  Have you ever had such a terrible migraine that any light makes you cringe?  That’s why I’m glad I don’t have to sleep it off.  I use as directed as per what it states on the bottle and voila, I’m good to go!  Also, just as an fyi, by sleeping it off I mean sleeping for half a day and waking up really groggy.  At least Excedrin® Migraine and Excedrin® Extra Strength make me feel like a normal human being.  Prior to trying Excedrin please consult your doctor if you think you are suffering from migraines. This picture is me after taking Excedrin® and I feel so much better!  It was this summer when I was in Poland.
Excedrin® Migraine and Excedrin® Extra Strength have saved me quite a few times already.  Recently I went on vacation to Europe to see my family and I had just gotten off the plane with the most excruciating migraine. I knew that I was going to see family and I couldn’t bear to see them and be in their presence while in a sense “not wanting to be there” because my migraine was that bad. I immediately purchased Excedrin® to help me make it through and it did. My second story (out of many) is at work. My migraines get really bad so if I have an important meeting I need to be alert. I had a meeting where I was actually presenting. Now, I don’t know if it was nerves that set off my migraine but of course just an hour before the meeting a migraine decided to come rolling through. I took Excedrin® to help with the migraine and I was able to stand up in front of all of my coworkers and top management and present to my fullest.

Excedrin® Migraine starts to relieve migraine pain in 30 minutes.  It’s #1 Neurologist Recommended*
Excedrin® Extra Strength helps with fast headache relief and for some (including myself) relief starts in just 15 minutes.
Now because I travel a lot whether it be for work or leisure I wanted to create a kit for traveling.  This kit includes some little things that you will need while traveling.

  1. Excedrin®-for migraines and headaches.  I don’t know about anyone else, but when I travel I tend to get headaches from the altitude changes and the stress of everything.
  2. Something for tummy issues
  3. Daytime/Nighttime cold relief-if you’re feeling under the weather because I had a really horrible cold (turned into a sinus infection) on a plane once and that was NOT fun to say the least.
  4. Bandages-in case you get a cut or have something like a hang nail, I’ve gotten those while traveling it’s the worst!
  5. First Aid Oitment-in case your cut is a little more severe where you need some antibiotics to help it.

    I LOVE Excedrin migraine. It even worked better than some prescription migraine pills I've been on before. It just sucks that you can't take them while pregnant. That is one thing I'm looking forward to when this pregnancy is over, being able to take Excedrin for my migraines.

    Love that photo with the smiley Excedrin, haha. It certainly makes me happy when my headaches go away. They are the worst! It's wonderful to have something that actually helps. {client}
