**I actually wore this for Thanksgiving but I saved it because I thought it was a fun NYE outfit too!
This is my last Shape Up Saturday and blog post of the
year! My next post will be written with
a date of 2017. I will have trouble
remembering that the date has changed and all of my papers for the first two
weeks will have 2016 crossed out with 2017 written next to it. Some people will see it as a new start, some
people will say their year will be the same as last, some will be happy, some
will be miserable, and some will just be content with everything. I have a little superstition about New Year’s
so I do view it as a new beginning even though that sounds dumb, it’s just how
I am.

This will be the first year I don’t have any crazy
resolutions. I decided that I want to be
really relaxed, and in 2017 I just want to focus on building my blog, building
my Beach Body business, and taking care of myself mentally (I’ve been SUPER
stressed this past year). I want to
continue my healthy lifestyle that I started back in June and continue helping
other people get to their goals. I want
to continue with this Shape Up Saturday series to help anyone who is struggling
out there. If you are struggling with
weight and eating right/exercising I feel ya!
Trust me it wasn’t an overnight thing, and it’s something you have to
work at. Not only are you dealing with
trying to lose weight, but trying to lose those negative body insecurities and
learning how to love yourself again is part of the process.
