Ole Glow with Ole Henriksen

Ole Henriksen Balance it All Kit // Ole Henriksen Cleanser // Ole Henriksen Toner // Ole Henriksen Moisturizer
We all know that I’m slightly beauty and skincare obsessed.  If you didn’t know then you haven’t been following me for that long.  Now that I’m turning 30 this year, I’ve started to take more care of my skin.  Last year is when I started to have an actual skincare routine.  Yes, it only took me 28 years!  I tried many times before, but could never stick to it.
But then…
I started working out vigorously.
This caused my skin to start breaking out.  At times my breakouts were worse than the ones I had when I was going through puberty, and well the dreaded high school years.  That’s when I knew that I really needed to hop on the bandwagon of taking care of my skin.  Then I started noticing a difference in how my face felt.  Since then, I’ve developed quite the system.  That’s why when I was asked to review the Ole Henriksen Balance collection I couldn’t say no.  I’m always looking for new products to test out.  Well, so far so good!  My skin feels extremely refreshed after using this.
One thing I will say though, if you aren’t a mint fan, this line of products is not for you.  It smells of mint, I personally like it but I know some people don’t.
Basically this is a three step system.  The cleanser, toner, and moisturizer.  The routine that I like to do is below:

1.  Remove Makeup with a Wipe
2.  Use Ole Henriksen Cleanser to get down to the nitty gritty.  Makeup wipes don’t cleanse your face so if you’re out on a Friday night and come home using just a makeup wipe is “ok” without following up with washing your face, however make this a once in a blue moon habit.
3.  Use the Ole Henriksen Toner.  If you don’t have a toner you want to close your pores with at least cold water, but the toner I highly recommend you getting.  It’s just so refreshing.
4.  Moisturize.  I’ve been told that my face is moisturized and this is good for elasticity in the future when my skin decides it has to age as well.  Moisturizing will help your face, and I love the feeling of a freshly cleansed and moisturized face.
!function(doc,s,id){ var e, p, cb; if(!doc.getElementById(id)) { e = doc.createElement(s); e.id = id; cb = new Date().getTime().toString(); p = ‘//shopsensewidget.shopstyle.com/widget-script.js?cb=1489499061469?cb=’ + cb; e.src = p; doc.body.appendChild(e); } if(typeof window.ss_shopsense === ‘object’){ if(doc.readyState === ‘complete’){ window.ss_shopsense.init(); } } }(document, ‘script’, ‘shopsensewidget-script’);

**Please note I was given this Ole Henriksen Line courtesy of Influenster to review for free, however all opinions are my own.
