Spring Nails and a Giveaway with Bright on a Budget

So today is supposed to be the first day of spring?  Here in NJ we got hit with a massive snow
storm last week.  They actually announced
a snow day (aka work from home) at work the day before.  It hadn’t even started snowing yet.  Even though it’s the first day of spring, it
definitely doesn’t feel like it.
We had crazy abnormal warm days in February and then we were
brought back to reality when mother nature decided to send all of this annoying
cold white stuff called snow our way.  I’m
hoping, since it’s almost April, that it starts warming up soon.  I decided that for today’s nail art I’d share
a little springsparation.  Haha see what
