Did you know that the English daisy (bellis perennis aka the
white daisy) symbolizes innocence? Well,
that’s according to google. I was so
excited to get this dress because I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. A similar dress that I saw at Target during
the release of VBxTarget, I tried on and didn’t like. Where the scallop trim fell looked just plain
awkward. I decided that even though this
dress was fairly similar I’d still give it a try, I mean why not?

The neck detailing and the back button up is beautiful. Not very practical back detail if you are
getting ready on your own and you aren’t flexible enough to reach, but still
really pretty. I actually forgot to get
a picture of that, sorry y’all! My only
concern with this dress is how short it is.
I should’ve bought a bigger size so that I would be able to wear it to
work, but oh well, not everything I own has to be work worthy. I’m so excited for next week because it’s
MDW, which is the kickoff to summer. I
can’t wait for nice warm days ahead!

I purchased this dress too and the daisy top for my daughter so I cannot wait to do a mommy+me post together with her. I wished her dresses were a tad longer too. I'd be happy even with one inch taller. How tall are you Monica?!
