It’s Memorial Day Weekend!
This is the weekend where I allow myself to cheat here and there because
well, I’m around the temptation all day and I eat healthy on a normal basis, I’m
allowed a little indulgence here and there.
However, just because it’s the weekend to whip out the hot dogs and
burgers, it doesn’t mean there aren’t still some tastey healthy recipes. For today’s Shape Up Saturday post I wanted
to show you a quick and super easy recipe.
Today is a short post because I’m on vacation!

- Take Coconut oil and put on whole wheat tortilla that is cut
into triangles. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top - Bake tortilla for 6-8 minutes
- Slice apple into smaller pieces.
