Pants: Zaful Wide Pants // Bag: Zaful
It’s already Wednesday!
This is why having a 3 day weekend is always awesome. Over the weekend I took a kind of break from
social media because I knew I needed some me time. I didn’t do anything eventful and the fact
that we had spotty service probably helped the whole kind of staying off of
social media thing. Unfortunately
though, Labor Day weekend is the farewell to summer (I don’t care if the first
day of fall is technically September 22nd lol).

Fall is quickly approaching.
I feel like lately my blog has been all about fall trends, or how to
transition something into fall. Take
these pants for example. I saw so many
bloggers wearing these or similar ones all summer. I even saw one of my blogger friends (Ruth
from My Little Nest) wearing these, so when I decided to choose clothing for a
review, these were part of my review with Zaful. I asked her if she’d want to do a collab post
with me. We are showing y’all how to
transition these types of pants into the fall season. I will say that the pants aren’t the best quality, but for under $15 you can’t really complain. They are a little thinner, so I won’t be able to wear them when it’s a little farther into the fall season, but I can wear them in the beginning.

Me and Ruth from My Little Nest
Thankfully, the colors can work in the summer or fall time which is plus number 1! Since I’m 5’9, these pants were more of a culotte length for me. Ruth’s are more of a pant length. Regardless, we transitioned these pants in our own ways. We both went for booties, although Ruth’s were peep toe booties and a different color. I decided to pair it with a denim jacket and a tank (that’s basically my signature/go to look) while Ruth paired it with a long sleeved horizontal striped top. I honestly would have never thought to pair these with a sweater so I’m definitely going to be stealing her idea. I also decided to take the belt off of my pants, while Ruth kept hers.
I want to thank Ruth for joining me today is this fun little collab, and don’t forget to link up below y’all! Thank you to Zaful for sponsoring today’s post by sending me the pants and backpack, I’m in love with these items!

This was so much fun to do! I love the way you styled your pants. We should do this more often because it's neat to see how we style one item! Thanks for letting me host with you!
