As you know, if you’ve been following along this month, I started a $10 Thursday Challenge for the month of March. I wanted to challenge myself to do this because I’ve been getting some major deals lately online, but I wanted to challenge myself to actually take the time to go into each store and rummage through all of their sales racks. Ok, so in conclusion, I still prefer shopping online LOL. It’s just so much easier. I get an email sent to me whenever there is a great sale and I can shop from the comfort of wherever I’m sitting at the time. I avoid all of the lines, the obnoxious people, and I can find what I’m looking for in one click of a search button, as opposed to digging through sale racks. I used to LOVE doing this, but as I’ve gotten more and more busy, it’s actually more aggravating than calming.
I wanted to also challenge myself to see exactly what I could get for $10. I must have hit the jackpot at Old Navy and TJ Maxx because both places I was pleasantly surprised. Target was probably the hardest, because I went into Michael’s knowing exactly what I wanted to do. In the end, I’m extremely happy with what I got for $10 or less!
