Dress: Banana Republic (old, similar) // Jacket: Shein // Shoes: Old Navy (sold out, similar) // Bag: Amazon
I have decided that this is by far, the best Christmas outfit I’ve come up with. I have a red dress, with this adorable white blazer, and my Christmas shoes. How is everyone’s shopping going? Have you gotten all of your gifts for everyone? I’ve officially finished, I’m just waiting on quite a few of those gifts to arrive. This year, I didn’t go too crazy for gifts like last year, but I’m very happy with everything that I got for my family and friends. I was a little more thoughtful this year.
This Christmas season was slightly ruined for me because my fiance will not be able to make it back home for Christmas. The only spirit that I’m in, is gift giving. I actually really enjoy giving gifts. I enjoy giving more than receiving to be completely honest. I don’t know why but I just love seeing the look on someone’s face when they see that they got something they have been wanting, or if they see something that is something that I’ve put some thought into. I’m really excited for this year’s gifts because I put a lot of thought into them, and since my brother doesn’t read my blog like my parents and friends so I can actually write what I’m doing for him. Since we are both obsessed with The Office (he’s more obsessed than me actually) I’m going to put his gift in jello like they put Dwight’s stapler in jello in one of the first episodes. That gift I actually put a lot of thought into lol. I guess since I’ve been binge watching The Office (as you can tell in my Instastories) I was reminded of doing something like that haha.

That’s such a fun and creative gift for your brother, Monica! I know he will love it! We are officially done with our gifts too and I feel relieved because the malls are pretty crazy these days – not my thing! You look great in your Christmas outfit. Love the red dress – you are seriously rocking this look!

Thanks so much girl! Yea, I refrain from shopping at the stores around this time, it’s just way too crazy for me.

That dress and all the scallops are so darling!!! It is the perfect Christmas outfit. So sorry your BF won’t be able to make it back for Christmas. Putting your brothers gift in Jello is a scream! My kids LOVE the office and watch it repeatedly. LOL I’ve been wanting to order that cute little purse, but just don’t think I’d get enough use out of it. Hmmm….now I want it even more. XO
I love The Office! I’ve rewatched it so many times haha. Each time I laugh even though I already know what happens.

Merry Christmas Jess! yes, the scallops are what got me too!
I am adoring this outfit on you, too, Monica! The dress has the right amount of fun flair, the purse handle is like jewelry… all around winner. I can’t believe you’re putting your finance’s gift in jell-o, ha ha ha, that was a great The Office episode.
I loved that episode! Probably one of my favorites.
You look wonderful in this gorgeous festive dress! Merry Christmas lovely xx
Thank you Maria!
This is a beautiful Christmas outfit! Love the red dress with the Christmas shoes! I’m with you on enjoying the gift-giving more than the gift-receiving. It’s not that I don’t like getting gifts, but I get so excited when people open and love the things I’ve put thought into giving them. Your brother will love his gift!

Monica, you are too funny! Putting the gift in jello! Ha. What a mess. And I am so sorry that your fiancé can’t make it back home. Boo. But you do look magnificent as always! I love the red dress and those little black bows on your jacket sleeves are freaking adorable. Of course, I am dying over your shoes as I do every time you wear them!
