Please note, I am not a health professional, I am just talking about information I have researched and my opinion about Apple Cider Vinegar. I always recommend anyone who is thinking of trying a supplement of any sort to speak with the doctor prior.
Quite a number of people told me that they have seen these Goli gummies everywhere after I posted the below Instagram post.

There were some comments also made on my Facebook post regarding Goli as well. Some people are already taking these and love them, so let’s get into the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar (that I researched online), and what the deal is with these gummies.
Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits
- Bacteria Killer: It is said that Apple Cider Vinegar kills bacteria. Who here uses vinegar as a disinfectant around the house? I definitely do. My fiance knows when I’ve cleaned because he can smell the vinegar. Some people can’t stand that smell, but it’s a more natural way of cleaning, rather than constantly using chemicals.
- Lowers Blood Sugar Levels: Apple Cider Vinegar has shown that it can help improve insulin sensitivity and help lower blood sugar levels after meals. However, again, I’m not a doctor, so if you do have a blood sugar issue, please speak with your doctor.
- Helps with weight loss: It has been shown that apple cider vinegar might help with weight loss. The reason being is it can help make a person feel full, which in turn helps people lose weight.
- Helps promote good heart health: It’s said that several animal studies have shown promise that vinegar can reduce blood triglycerides, cholesterol, and blood pressure.
So what’s up with the Goli Nutrition Gummies?

However, what are the actual ingredients in these gummies? They claim to have superfoods and to be made with real apples.

For my readers who know a thing or two about nutrition here are some more facts:
Serving Size 1 gummy (60 in the entire bottle)
15 Calories, 3.5g total carbs, 1g total sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar 500mg, Organic Beet Root 40 mcg, Organic Pomegranate 40mcg, Vitamin B9 200mcg DFE 120 mcg Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 1.2 mcg.
I have been using these gummies for a few weeks now. I think they are delicious, my fiance however does not haha. Although, he is also extremely picky, so I wouldn’t take his word for it. I will say, it’s much tastier than taking a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar instead. If you are interested in trying these gummies, make sure to use code MONICA05 at checkout to receive a discount.
Alright y’all, let’s move on to the weekly linkup!
*Please note, I received these Goli Gummies for review, however all opinions are my own.

I drink apple cider vinegar when I get a sore throat. I combine a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with lemon, cinnamon, and honey in hot water and it really soothes a sore throat. I have a post coming on Friday about the benefits of flaxseed oil…all based on my personal experience as well. Great post, my friend. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve heard a lot about health benefits of apple cider vinegar but never tried it. Thanks for sharing the review! I bet it’s easier to take these then the actual liquid. While the vinegar smell doesn’t bother me personally, my husband always has something to complain when he smells vinegar LOL.
