I know all of my friends who have already experienced colder days, you may not want to hear me say, it’s still summer here in my area of Florida. That is the one thing that I absolutely love about our move; the weather. It’ll be nice and toasty, and then we will have a few months of fall weather, then back to summer weather.
If you haven’t been here for a while, you may not know, but I have some prior injuries, and the cold really made it worse. I was in a lot of pain most of our time in NJ since it’s cold for most of the year. Countless hours in physical therapy, numerous MRIs and scans, and I’m still in pain. With all of that being said, I am not complaining that it’ll be summer weather for a little bit longer.
Also, I’m currently working on some more wedding projects, so you might be seeing another update soon. We currently finished printing our rough draft wedding invitation. We used a Cricut for those. I started working on the centerpieces, and my brooches for the brooch bouquet should be arriving this week so I’ll get started on that probably next week. It’s all starting to come together, and I couldn’t be happier.

My father winters in Florida for that very reason. He has many aches and pains and the warm weather is better for him than our cold CT winters.
It’s still summer here in Vegas too. It will be until the end of October. Then we will have 2 – 3 weeks of Fall, then winter. But it doesn’t get below freezing here in the winter so I won’t complain. I’m glad Florida has been better for your injuries. Super cute dress!
