ORANGE YOU GLAD?
Ok, I’m sorry, but I had to use an orange you glad pun. I feel like I look like a huge pumpkin in this dress, which I think is fitting, given that the bebe is due in October. I also did not plan the black and orange color combination on purpose to look like Halloween. This maternity dress is seriously the bees knees. I’ll be wearing this once the baby is born too because it isn’t really sewn like a maternity dress. It’s just really stretchy.

MATERNITY HALLOWEEN COSTUMES
As most of y’all know, I LOVEEEEE HALLOWEEN. If I could scream that from the roof tops I would! I have been pinning some maternity Halloween costumes on Pinterest over the past few days. I’m thinking that I might do the cliche look with this dress and put a little jack o lantern face on it. I found a few other ones, but what I really want to dress up as is Winnie the Pooh. The other day I walked up to my husband and said “hey look, I look like Winnie the Pooh.” Reason being, my shirt and shorts didn’t fit quite right. Which of course meant, it was totally necessary to create a collage of me compared to Winnie the Pooh. After going on Pinterest, I know that’s been done before too, but I still find it funny.
I’m hoping to get a few good Halloween costumes in before the bebe gets here. She’s due towards the end of October, so I might be cutting it a little close. That’s ok though, maybe bebe will be here for Halloween and I can dress bebe up in a cute little newborn outfit.

AUGUST IS ALMOST HERE
August is almost here y’all! I’m not looking forward to it because first of all, I’m still working and my job entails being outside as well as inside. Which means, I get sweaty, hot, and uncomfortable. August is the worst month of the year heat and humidity wise where we live. Starting the 3rd trimester in the month of August is going to be exhausting.
I might have to take some time off in August and come back in September, because I really don’t want to stop working. Another reason why I’m not looking forward to August is because my husband is going to be gone for 4-5 days towards the end of the month and thinking of being home, pregnant and alone stresses me out a little bit. However, I’m trying not to worry about it until the time comes. I hope everyone will enjoy the rest of their summer in the month of August. I’m hoping to maybe make it to at least one BBQ, minus the BBQ food. Believe it or not, the taste of BBQ has been a major turn off during pregnancy. I’m not sure why, but that and seafood have made me soooo sick to my stomach. When I have gone to a BBQ, I usually eat the salads and if they have a hot dog, I’ll have one of those as long as it doesn’t smell like BBQ haha.
