Maternity Violet from Willy Wonka Halloween Costume & a Linkup

MATERNITY VIOLET HALLOWEEN COSTUME

The last spooky look this year is this maternity Violet Halloween costume. This is supposed to be Violet from the Tim Burton version of Willy Wonka. One thing I noticed this spooky season is I’ve been walking down memory lane and creating looks from my favorite childhood movies. Willy Wonka was magical to me, but it was also kind of creepy and scary at the same time. I knew that the entire time Charlie would make it to the end (given that one little mishap) because it just seemed that way with how the movie was set up. The memes that have come out since about Grandpa Joe sitting in bed his entire life until they got the golden ticket have been pretty funny too. In my opinion, I think the Tim Burton version of Willy Wonka with Johnny Depp was absolutely amazing. They did such a great job with it.

THE LAST HALLOWEEN MATERNITY LOOK

I didn’t have a shorter wig, so I decided to use this older one that I’ve had that has bangs. Of course this maternity Violet Halloween costume is a little different from what you would probably expect. This is because I mixed the original Violet and the Tim Burton Violet. I wore a dress like the original Violet, but sneakers like the second one. Not to mention the wig, this definitely gives off Tim Burton Violet vibes rather than the original. Another reason why I chose to test out this maternity Violet Halloween costume was because of my pregnant belly haha! It was perfect for when Violet starts to blow up like a balloon. I figured I’d use the bump to my advantage this year for Halloween costumes. I’m sad to say that this is the last maternity Halloween look of the season, but at least I have photo evidence of it!
