Tank: Old Navy // Jeans: LOFT // Shoes: Converse
I know this isn’t a fashionable outfit, but to be completely honest, this has been my go to outfit ever since we moved. Because our furniture was taking so long to deliver, we didn’t unpack our container because unpacking clothes, to only keep them in boxes all over the place to only have to move them once the furniture arrived was pointless in our opinions. I’ve basically been wearing the same things over and over again. I actually bought this tank top specifically for this post so that I would have some kind of green on.
These photos were actually taken right behind our house. Apparently behind our yard there is a trail that leads to the reservation that is attached to the military base we are next to. My neighbor was telling me that you can hunt back there and can walk around (past a certain point) as long as you have a license. We are allowed to walk back there without a license, up until we get to the sign that says no trespassing. So, we figured, lets take pictures and see how they come out. I was extremely pleased with the results.
The house is coming together, and I honestly cannot wait to share photos. I’m trying to hold off on showing any photos, because I want to show before and afters all at one time. We’ve done a ton of work to it so far with painting, cleaning, and making it a home. We still have so much work to do, but slowly but surely we are getting there.

Monica, it may be a simple outfit, but you look fabulous! And what a cool spot right behind your house. I am a little jealous of the grass and leaves and no snow in sight! I am totally over the snow. Although it is supposed to be nearly 60 degrees here today so hopefully all the crud melts except there is snow forecasted for this Saturday. Ugh!

Girl, I was over the snow 31 years ago hahahaha. I’m so happy that we moved to a warmer climate. I honestly don’t think I’ll miss the snow.
