Circa 2007-we were such babies
Well to everyone out there HAPPY NEW YEAR!! It’s officially 2017! I hope you had a happy and safe new year’s

I wanted to give a special shout out to the boyfriend
today. Today is our anniversary! We’ve known each other for 10+ years. I guess you can say we kind of friend zoned
each other for the first 8/9 years.
Whenever we saw each other though, we always had a great time and a few
people have actually told us we had a certain look on our faces of pure
happiness, I mean we didn’t notice it until we started dating. The last 2 years have been, um,
interesting? LOL! We went from being good friends to dating
each other and for whatever reason, the universe finally decided after so many
years of us being friends it was time for us to date and so on January 1st,
2015 we became official. We’ve been
through quite a lot in these past two years, for whatever reason, we had a lot
of things thrown at us left and right.
Maybe it was a test to see if we would help and support each other in
these harder times. We both had our fair
share of positive and negative things happen.
In the past two years we also moved in together, have a second dog who
basically likes him more than me (even though I feed and walk you little miss
thing), and so many other great things.

I’m so grateful that I have him in my life, let alone to
have him as my other half. He helps me
remember to enjoy the little things and to RELAX because I’m a neurotic
stressed out mess all the time. He
reminds me it’s better to be yourself rather than try and fit in because fitting in is boring. He reminds me that not everything has to be
planned and organized, it’s ok to be a little spontaneous. He also reminds me that it’s not worth “crying
over spilt milk.”
