How to wear a not so ugly Christmas sweater #LINKUP

If you saw yesterday’s post (here), you already saw one “ugly”
Christmas sweater.  Now I put that in
quotes because honestly I don’t think yesterday’s or today’s sweater/sweatshirt
is really ugly.  Yesterday’s was cute and
today’s is just adorable, I mean who doesn’t like cute penguins?!  With that being said I decided to call this a
not so ugly Christmas sweater.  I’ve worn
it here on the blog before (here), last year when I met up with my blogger bestie for
a Christmas gift exchange.  This year I
wanted to wear it with pants since I wore it with a skirt last year.  I don’t know if you remember but a few weeks
ago I mentioned I’m always wearing black pants in my posts, so for today’s look
I needed to wear something other than black pants.  I decided that I wanted this to have some
contrast.  I love when I see bloggers
wearing white and black, and I took a stab at it.

I need to start steering away from always wearing black
pants.  I know they are slimming but I
need to spice it up.  I personally love
this look and I’ve been wearing these OTK boots a lot lately.  I think they’ve made an appearance in a lot
of posts.  There’s just something about
them that really completes an outfit.  I
was invited to an ugly Christmas sweater party this weekend so depending on the
rest of my schedule this weekend I might actually go and I will wear either
today’s sweater or yesterdays.  I’m still
not sure, decisions decisions!
