Moms are really Superheros.

Today’s Mother’s Day. 
I hope my mom liked her gifts and everything because this woman deserves
more than the world itself.  My mom has
been there for everything, whether it be a recital, driving me to kickboxing,
graduation, prom, breakups, health issues, you name it, she’s been there.  If it weren’t for my mom I really don’t know
where I would be today.  She’s taught me
so many things and she’s given me the foundations to a great life.  There are so many reasons why I love my mom
and why she’s my best friend.  I’ve
written about her a lot here on the blog because she’s been such an influence
in my life, especially in fashion.  I
learned how to walk in heels at a young age because I wanted to be like
her. 

Over the past year a lot has changed here on the blog and my
mom (well both parents) had a lot to do with it.  My mom is my toughest critic when it comes to
my whole blog where my dad is the toughest critic when it comes to the
photography/graphics of the blog.  Lovely
mommy reads my blog everyday (I can tell by Google analytics mommy!) and she is
my biggest fan. 

There is a special bond between a mother and her child.  No offense Daddy, I’ll always be your little
girl but you didn’t carry me in your belly haha.  Not but seriously, a mother has an instinct
like no other and my mom knows exactly when I’m upset, happy, lying, hiding a
surprise, and so many other things. 

My mom brought me into this world and I will forever be
grateful for the life she has given me.  She was there to
pick me up and make me feel better.  I
can always count on my mom to know exactly when to tell me the truth and when
to keep her opinion to herself and just hug me. 

My mom is my role model.

My mom is my superhero.
